   1. Our monitoring services may from time to time be unavailable due to a number of possible problems including but not limited to network connectivity, server capacity, major disasters and software errors.
   2. We make no guarantees regarding our service uptime and in the event of our service being unavailable no refund or compensation will be paid.
   3. We reserve the right to change or withdraw any of our free products without any notice.
7. Law
   You agree that English law shall apply to these terms and to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if a dispute arises, We aim to ensure our Site complies with English law but not laws of any other country. If there is anything oh the Site that you are not allowed under the laws to which you are subject to access or see, cease using the site immediately.
